Phone: 03 9534 0781
Accommodation: Single and twin share rooms have been set aside for us at $135 per night, but will be released several weeks prior to the training. Please book early.
The Cosmopolitan Hotel has a magnifient conference room, full of natural light. From its 4th storey windows you can look out onto the St Kilda Beach Esplanade and Acland Street areas. With its restaurants, cafes, music bars, shops and niight life, the St Kilda Beach vicinity is a major tourist destination in Melbourne.
Although we usually allow practitioners who have attended our 4-day training to audit the course at nominal cost for one year following their initial training, because of the high cost involved in bringing Dr. Hamlin to Australia, and the new material he is presenting, this is not possible. Also, venue costs per participant (hall hire, morning and afternoon tea, and hot lunch) run around $200. With this in mind, we offer the following discounts:
EEG Education & Research Affiliates who have completed our 4-day training in the past, can attend this training at the very reduced cost of $450. This includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea. An early bird discount of $30 will be given to registrants prior to 15 July 2012.
Non affiliates who have completed our 4-day course in Australia, can attend at the very reduced cost of $600. This includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea. An early bird discount of $30 will be given to registrants prior to 15 July 2012.
BRIEF OVERVIEW:
This course will give you a thorough grounding in this field and prepare you for successful clinical implementation of this new modality and/or research in this field. The course is very practical, experiential and ‘hands-on’. Sufficient basic neuro-physiology is presented to allow participants to understand the neurofeedback process and reasoning for protocol decisions. The class size is kept at a low maximum number of 12 attendees, this allows catering for individual needs. The aim of this course is for each participant to achieve a level of competency, sufficient to begin providing EEG Biofeedback to clients that present with an uncomplicated profile. Supervision is available and strongly recommended during the initial period of clinical service provision.
Our aim is for course participants to become successful, effective and efficient Neurofeedback Practitioners.
