Course Disclaimer and Copyright notice

Course Disclaimer

All information (both written and oral), given during or in connection with the Neurotherapy Institute of Australasia’s (NIA) activities (whether by NIA itself, its employees, agents or contractors) is, to the best of NIA’s knowledge, accurate and reliable.

NIA (whether by NIA itself, its employees, agents or contractors) conducts reviews of its course content and makes reasonable endeavours to update course materials as and when required. NIA will endeavour to update the course with any important and substantial changes in content, when applicable.

NIA reserves the right at any time to amend, alter or withdraw any course which is currently being offered, and to vary prices for courses or services currently being offered.

Although NIA takes great care to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its course content, NIA provides no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of such information and NIA (its agents, employees or contractors) accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from or in connection with errors or omissions in any information provided. Nor does NIA assume any legal liability, whether direct or indirect, for the accuracy, comprehensiveness or usefulness of any information.

Neurofeedback and EEG are fields that should only be practiced by those who are appropriately qualified, trained and/or supervised in these specific fields. NIA does not endorse a “one-size-fits-all” approach to neurofeedback nor EEG analysis. Treatment and analysis should consider a client’s individual symptoms and circumstances and should be continually informed by how they respond to treatment.

Users of the course content do so at their own risk and must always work within their scope of practice.

At no time should course content and/or materials be construed as medical advice.
