Full payment is required to book attendance at an event (e.g. course, workshop or online session). 10% of the payment is non-refundable to cover administration costs.
If attendance is cancelled, then depending on the date of cancellation, a refund will be paid in accordance with the following table.

Full payment is required with order. Orders will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Allow up to 4 weeks for standard processing. If you are not satisfied with your product, contact the Neurotherapy Institute of Australasia, within 30 days of your purchase and we will assess your entitlement to a full or partial refund. Note that shipping charges are not refundable. You will not be entitled to a refund if your products have been scratched, misused, or hardware is missing. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier, retain all shipping cartons, and contact Neurotherapy Institute of Australasia. Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Neurotherapy Institute of Australasia shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind caused by delay in furnishing or repairing products or spare parts, or providing services.
